Chases your Tradify-Xero invoices
Tradify syncs invoices to Xero. The optional invoice chase agent reads from Xero and sends polite escalating reminders. Debtor days drop from 45+ to under 20 inside six to eight weeks for most tradies.
Tradify Lite vs Pro
Which Tradify tier works best with the agent.
Both work. The integration is the same. The difference is how much of the scheduling logic the agent has to do itself versus letting Tradify do it. Here is the quick read.
Tradify Lite
Lite has fewer scheduling rules built in. The agent does more of the call-out area logic, the lunch-break rules, the drive-time buffers itself. You give it the policies during build. The agent then enforces them at call time. Most owner-operators with one or two staff are on Lite and the agent works perfectly.
Tradify Pro
Pro has its own scheduling rules. The agent reads those rules through the API and respects them automatically. If you change a rule in Tradify, the agent updates inside the next sync (15 minutes). Best fit for teams of three or more techs where scheduling rules live in Tradify itself.

Real example from a one-man-band sparky in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs after the agent went live. Names anonymised.
- Monday 7:14am. Customer rings about a broken stove. Sparky is on a ladder. Agent picks up, qualifies, books the job for Tuesday afternoon in Tradify Pro. Sparky's phone buzzes with the summary. He glances and gets back to the ladder.
- Tuesday 6:48pm. A different customer rings after-hours about a power outage at a salon (commercial urgent). Agent recognises commercial-urgent from the playbook, books the next 7am slot, and texts the sparky personally because the playbook flags this as worth a heads-up.
